Christopher Ziemnicki currently leads e-marketing product development at MDR. Chris also acts as chief strategic consultant on interactive marketing to MDR’s customers and leads MDR’s industry-leading educational e-marketing research and best practices efforts. Before joining MDR, Chris built and managed large-scale Web affiliate marketing programs and managed email marketing programs for both start-up and established B2C companies and catalogers. As a current member of DMA’s Email Marketing Council, Chris is a strong advocate for education marketers' e-marketing programs and general email marketing best practices.

Tamara has over eleven years' experience in the direct marketing List Management profession. Ms. FitzGerald’s career began at Direct Media, Inc., where she worked as a Senior Account Executive for five years in the Computer/Hi-Tech Division. Tamara also worked at the Internet marketing firm 24/7 Media for over two years, where she was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales and strategic activities of the eMail List Management Department. At Walter Karl Interactive, Tamara is responsible for spearheading the sales initiative for over 50 clients, the YesMail Network database, and Ziff Davis Enterprise. Tamara’s knowledge and experience of both traditional and Internet direct marketing have proven to be a real asset for her clients and team.

Nick was previously a Channel Manager for an online retailer, specializing in consumer electronics.
