The Microsoft Class Action Settlement has produced a windfall to consumers and schools in 17 states and the District of Columbia to the tune of at least $2.5 billion for technology and related professional development. Constantly states and the court-appointed agreement consultants are providing updates to schools either in terms of more vouchers to purchase hardware and software or guidelines as to how these funds can be spent.
The Microsoft Agreement report describing the settlement and its implications in the states is available to companies as well as updates on continuous activities as they become public through School Funding Services and RedRock Reports.
